Team and annual contracts
More than 6,000 forecasts a year?
Annual contracts start at $1,000 and include a reserved quota, a private endpoint option, invoice billing and a named contact. Tell us your monthly volume, latency target and data constraints; we will reply with a scope and a price within two business days.
Questions before you forecast
What people ask before their first forecast.
What CSV format do you accept?
A header row is optional. Use one column of values, or a date/time column plus up to 8 numeric columns. Comma, tab and semicolon separators are accepted. Missing values are allowed; at least 8 rows are required.
How much does a forecast cost?
One API forecast costs one credit. The web demo is free while the public Timestral Space is available; the API is for production use. A failed API call is refunded.
How far ahead can it forecast?
The studio UI offers 1–36 steps. The model supports up to 1,024 steps and a context of up to 32,768 time steps.
Can I forecast more than one series?
Yes. Up to 8 numeric columns are forecast together. Put each series in its own column and keep the same number of rows.
What happens if a forecast fails?
If an API call fails, the credit is returned. The web demo does not spend credits. If the public Space is over quota, try again later or use the embedded demo.
Do credits expire?
Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of the billing month. Yearly credits are valid for the billing year. One-time pack credits never expire.
